Rolling in the Deep Inspired...

Over at Scrap it With a Song they are having a challenge using the song, "Rolling in the Deep" by Adele. The idea is that you use the song, lyrics or title as inspiration for your layout. I love this song and after looking at the lyrics and my photos selected a picture of my daughter conquering a fear.I am always amazed by her and so the lyrics, "don't underestimate the things that I will do" just fit the whole thing to me.
I pulled out my Kaiser Craft box (got a bunch of free stuff at CHA last summer) and selected the papers, chipboard images and rub-ons from The Secret Bird Society. I picked my  colors and patterns and went to work.
I decided to cut the letters using Cherry Limeade, a font I like because of the different sizes of the letters. I cut all the words of the lyrics out and when I was done used the reverse image for underestimate in order to emphasize it in the layout. I took my time placing all  the letters where I wanted and glued them done.
To add a little more to the layout I used some rub-ons form the same collection by Kaiser Crafts.I rubbed them onto the orange paper and added them to the layout. Than I added a chipboard piece and spiced it up with my I rock.
This is the first time I have entered the Scrap it With a Song challenge and it was so fun. I hope I can take part in many more.
