Cricut Goes to the Olympics

Have you seen all the fun scenes people have been creating with their Cricut Collectibles? This is the Cricut Circle Blog Magazine Challenge for the month and after seeing so many of these amazing scenes put together I had to try making one myself. The only problem was I did not own one of these collectibles yet, so I ordered one and set to work while I waited for him to arrive. Then I sent him directly to the Olympic Games.

He got to carry the torch in the torch relay:
Compete in the 100 yard backstroke:
And WON the GOLD medal for team USA
(Great Britain took  the Silver and Canada the Bronze)
This challenge is so much fun and entries are due Saturday.  I actually think I might try and get another one finished before than. If you haven't seen any of these great scenes you need to check them out. Here are my favorites so far.
And you have to see all 4 scenes that Tonya has created.

I was going to wait to post this until tomorrow, but I really just wanted to share it right away.

Rings made with loop from Once Upon a Princess
Podiums: Wrap it up Boxes with MS Seasonal Cake laurels
Swim suit: Nifty 50's (just the bottom)
Tennis shirt: Everyday paper dolls
Maple Leaf: Phrases
Flags & torch: Stand & Salute bases
