No Cricut Thursday #16: Decorative Tape

Have any of you started using Washi or adhesive tape? This fun decorative ribbon like tape is sold all over and even Martha Stewart has gotten in on it, calling her sets paper tape. You can use it is so many ways and you can find designs of all kinds to explore and work with. The other day I was just having some fun with it and create this fun card.
I used one strip of each tape in The Vintage Girl set (eksuccess distrubutes Martha Stewart crafts) on the top edge of this card and than added an actually piece of ribbon with a fun button bow to complete the look on the front. The sentiment stamp is from the Positive Thought set by K. Andrew Designs.
I also added a strip of the largest blue flower tape on the inside as well. A very simple and fun card to have in my stash.
Have a wonderful Thursday: Only 1 more day until the weekend!

  5. What a sweet and simple card idea! Love those coordinating tapes, though I have been reluctant to use them until recently. The ribbon is a perfect addition!
