Stitch's Dance Party

One of my favorite parts about our trip to Disney World for the Not So Scary Halloween Party was the fun character opportunities. Everywhere you looked you could find a character to meet up with or in this case. DANCE!!
Right outside of Space Mountain in Tomorrowland was a fun dance party with Stitch from Lilo & Stitch, plus Goofy, Chip and Dale. Sophie had a blast getting in there and dancing with the characters. My favorite moment was when Dale came up right behind her and started dancing with her in a hug. So fun!
I wanted to try something different and make my layout go across 2 pages so I cut my large disco ball with the words "dance party" in the negative space using Formal Occasion and George and Basic Shapes.  I glued it to both my pages and added the rays before I cut down the whole thing into 2 pages. I was so sure it wouldn't work the first time but it did. The silver paper was on clearance at Target and super hard to photograph with the mirror like quality.
The 2 pages apart.
This layout is going to show how I worked out with the ScrapFit Step Class #6: The Negative Zone. If you have not checked out the challenges at ScrapFit you should, so much fun and great step by step tutorials. Hope everyone is having a great Monday. Thanks for checking my blog out today!
