Welcome to the Boo Whoo Blog Hop. I hope you are enjoy all sorts of fun Halloween inspired projects with us. You should be arriving here from Holly at Ribbons & Glue. If you found us in the middle I hope you will head to My Cricut Craft Room to start at the beginning and see all the great projects. Go all the way to the end for a chance at some fun blog candy.
For today's hop I made a fun Halloween layout using the cards I sent out last year. I started with wonderful papers from DCWV Ghosts & Goblins stack and created a layered background with 2 fun patterns and added a solid (with sparkle of course). To layer my card I choose a gray cardstock, but I sanded the edges for a more appealing look.
Next I selected two fun cuts; the "Boo!" off Mini Monsters and some cute spiders from Doodlecharms. I embossed the bodies of my spiders and than added glitter all over. Can you see the bumpy bodies?
After sanding my "Boo!" cut I used some simple white floss as my web pieces and attached everything to the layout. The final touch was some simple orange eyes that I added with my I-rock.
I am super pleased with this fun layout. I hope you will share your thoughts with me about the layout before you head over to the next stop....
