Call Me Maybe Layout

Over at Scrap it With a Song they are selecting songs that reflect on 2012. The first song they selected was "Call Me Maybe". I looked up the lyrics (okay I so did not really need to, but I did look) and went through photos to find my inspiration point. The photo I landed on left only one choice for lyrics...
My niece and daughter are pretty silly most of the time and when together they give us great photo ops. This was at the Nashville Zoo and  I am pretty sure I did in fact, call them crazy girls.
I cut a slider frame for my photo from Makin the Grade, but for the rest of the layout I wanted to stay away form my machines. I added the title using stickers from my stash (so wish I knew where they came from as they stick really well and have a fun texture) and small stamped circles. The words were created using the Close to My Heart A Typeface set.
I added some braiding cord to the photo frame and completed the layout.
Thanks for checking out my layout today. I feel so good getting more and more layouts completed. Head over to Scrap it With a Song and see what other fun songs they have us craft with this month. Tomorrow it is back to work and while I have enjoyed the break I am ready to get back to school. Hope everyone has had a good winter break.

Linking up to the Red Carpet Studio, Anything Goes (Say Anything) Layout challenges as well.
