Stamp of Approval - Father's Day

Happy Sunday all. Today I wanted to share one of the Father's day cards I have been working on. This one is for my Dad.  He and my grandfather were both into stamp collecting.  When I did a search in the Silhouette Store I found this fun print and cut image and the idea came frpm there.
I cut out several stamp images in two sizes from the Sentimentals cartridge and embossed the large one with a mesh embossing folder and inked around the edges before placing in on the base.
I added some simple ribbon before placing my printed image onto the card. I cut my letters using my Silhouette and the font Essence.  I actually inked on the letters with some white ink, but it is hard to see in the photos.
The final touches were for the inside, where I used a smaller set of stamp cuts to hide the ends of the ribbon. I stamped a cute speech bubble heart form the fun set of Recollections stamps I recently bought. I also used a print and cut label with my sentiment on it.
Hope you are getting your Father's Day cards done this week.  Have a wonderful day. I am linking this card up to My Craft Spot #100: Dad!  and Krafty Girls: Anything Goes (there back !!!)
