Our Adventure Book - Anything Goes

Welcome to Tuesday. It is the 5th Tuesday of the month and that means...Anything Goes at Die Cuttin' Divas! What fun project will you share with us this week? Here is what I created.
Our family loves Disney and we will soon be heading to the Magic Kingdom again for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Last time we attended this event it was just my daughter and myself but this year we will get to take Daddy with us and that means matching costumes so can you guess what we are being?
This cute autograph book (5x8 inches) is our version of the My Adventure Book Ellie and Carl share in the movie UP! My  husband and I will be going as this couple when they are youngsters and we needed our adventure book to come along as well.
I found this great leather looking paper and covered my book bases with it. The next step was finding the letters to cut for the cover.  I ended up going with the font HP PSG to cut these letters out but I did manipulate them a little to change the sizes around.
Once I had the letters on I used my Silhouette to cut out an oval and square to complete the cover.  I decided to bind the whole thing with my cinch as I did not have the  correct kind of binding to make it work like the original, but this way ti is totally sturdy and ready to go.
The final touch was to print and cut out the globe which I added on with some washi tape. It is all set for out adventure to Disney in a few weeks.  Hope you can join us at Die Cuttin' Divas an the Anything Goes Challenge this week.

Supplies:
- Cinch machine & 5/8 inch black binding
- Leather paper form Michaels
- Silhouette Cameo - oval and rectangle creator
- We R Memory keepers washi tape
- HP PSG font for letters
