Welcome to another Tuesday Challenge with Die Cuttin' Divas. It is the 5th Tuesday of June so that means. ANYTHING GOES!!!
I have a daughter who is currently obsessed with all things hummingbird so this is what I made for her birthday.
I started with the small little box. We found these beautiful earrings for her (hummingbirds) so I cut a small little box to place them in. You can see it was quite small. It is from the Elmo's Party Cricut cartridge so the sides have little crayons to use for attaching and the top is Elmo's head, but with a little modification it was perfect.
The hummingbirds were cut form the Pagoda cartridge and I added a little swirl to the wings for the card. She squealed with delight at the card, box & has not removed the earrings since she got them.
Hope you can join us this week at Die Cuttin' Divas - Remember ANYTHING GOES!
Supplies:
- Pagoda Cricut cartridge - hummingbirds
- Cricut Essentials - swirl in wings
- The First Few Years Cricut cartridge - banner pieces
- Elmo's Party Cricut Cartridge - box
- DCWV Sweet Tangerine Stack - all patterned papers.

How sweet! What a nice gift and presentation.
ReplyDeleteWe have a little hummingbird feeder suction-cupped to our front window. We love to watch the little couple that visits it! Last year, there was such drama between the hummingbirds (being so territorial) and the bumble bee, who also loves the sugar water! They would chase each other off! Amazing!
