Fall Fun with Cameo Print & Cut

I have been meaning to try using the print and cut feature on my Silhouette, but had been nervous about how it would work so I put it off. I saw this cute set of fall cards at the Silhouette Store though and so wanted to use them for a glad I did.
I found this set of print and cut 3x4 cards by Lori Whitlock and figured out how to add the registration marks to my paper (thank you tutorial..I did this wrong the first printing). All you do is click on the button at the top of the screen that looks like a set of 3 photo corners and the marks are added for you. You clearly can see the lines on your screen where you can place your designs.
It worked so well that I also played with the color fill feature on the maple leaf cut that came with my machine.
A little embossing of some picture framing paper and a touch of polka dot ribbon to match the polka dots on my mat paper for my cuts outs and I had myself a simple fall layout!!    Thanks for stopping by today. So glad I have discovered the ease of use for this fun feature!!

  1. Pretty layout! Thanks for sharing how easy print and cut is. My machine will arrive any day and can'!t wait.
