I am having fun playing with sketches this week and I found a fun one to play along with that worked just right for a little makeover.
We have lived in our house for over 10 years, but it took over 8 to decide to paint the living room and once we decided it took a year to pick the color and get it done.
Lucky for me my Mom and Dad did the hard work of painting it, along with my daughter. I just took photos, shopped for fabric for the curtains and get to enjoy the color each day now.
For this fun sketch from Freshly Made Sketches the goal is to keep it simple so I did my best to to just put the basics on my title card.
I needed some paint on my brush to drip off so I used some sparkle to get the look I wanted. Another page completed and another fun sketch challenge joined. Have a great weekend.

  1. So CUTE! Wonderful Project Life Title and page! Glad you can finally enjoy the painted living room! My first house I wanted painted.... but my hubby never did it until we were getting ready to move! UGH! But before we moved into the second home... I made sure we got it painted before we moved any new furniture in it! :) Always did the bedroom though... with every house.... :) The house I'm in now... (Going on 2 yrs.) Was already painted a perfect color.... So no need to change anything! YAY me! :) Have a great weekend!
